Instale un mod para apache llamado MOD_EVASIVE. el mod evasive lo que hace es evitar que tu servidor sea lagueado por noobs, esto limita la cantidad de paginas vistas por segundo y por usuario, lo que hace que todo valla mejor. Esto solamente sirve para servidores pequeños o medianos no para las grandes webs porque en ese caso se podria hacer un DOS masivo de varios computadores y no de uno solo, ahi estas muerto :icon_drunk:


Aqui tienen una guia para instalar mod_evasive en windows (mas especialmente en xampp)

COMO INSTALAR TODO:

Primer paso, instalar el xamp.. (si no sabes busca en otra guia)

Segundo paso, instalar el xamp development package.

Simplemente descomprimes y sobreescribes todos los archivos. (abres el comprimido del development package, arrastras todas las carpetas a donde se instalo el xampp, c:\xampp )


Tercer paso:
Instalar el ActivePerl. (muy facil.. todo siguiente siguiente siguiente.. no tenes q tocar nada, dejalo en default)


Cuarto paso
instalar el mod_evasive
Descomprimes en C:\mod_evasive todo el contenido de el fichero mod_evasive_1.10.1.tar.gz (lo puedes hacer con winrar). Luego abres una linea de comando (inicio --> ejecutar --> cmd)
y escribimos lo que esta dentro de los circulos rojos en la imagen a continuacion


y si esta todo bien no te tendria que salir ningun error.
Y listo, ya estaria todo listo. si quieres hacer otras configuraciones a este mod de apache, tendras que leer el archivo llamado README dentro del comprimido (abrirlo con wordpad)
